Before joining the AI Recruitment Academy, you initially joined the AI SDR Academy Caterpillar Program. Why did you join?
I initially joined the AI Sales Development Representative Academy Caterpillar Program to develop new sales skills and collaborate with professionals from diverse backgrounds and countries. I saw an opportunity for personal and professional growth and was excited to contribute to and learn from this dynamic international community.
After delving into sales, then you jumped into recruitment and quickly became the Head of Caterpillars from the AI Recruitment Academy. What did the program provide you?
The program not only provided a valuable learning experience but also equipped me with essential talent-sourcing skills. Learning to leverage AI for talent acquisition has proven instrumental in subsequent roles, significantly enhancing my ability to identify and engage top-tier talent.
What do you think about the tools and playbooks provided by the AI Recruitment Academy and ReadyFly teams?
The tools and playbooks offered practical insights and strategies that have proven effective in navigating the evolving landscape of AI-driven recruitment. These resources have not only enhanced my skills but also provided a valuable framework for success in the dynamic field of talent sourcing.
How did the Caterpillar program and the ReadyFly team help you become the Head of Caterpillars, managing 10 recruiting students and owning the AI talent KPIs?
The program provided me with essential skills in AI talent sourcing, and the collaborative team environment fostered continuous learning and growth. Through hands-on experience and the guidance of the team, I honed my abilities to recruit and manage interns from different countries. I have been equipped with leadership and communication skills.
What being a leader bring you?
Becoming a leader brought me responsibility, and growth, and enhanced skills in team management. It provided opportunities to contribute strategically, mentor others, and foster a collaborative work culture. Leading has been rewarding, elevating my professional capabilities and personal development.

Can you share a specific moment or experience during your tenure that stands out as a turning point in your professional development?
A pivotal moment in my professional development occurred when I utilised my analytical skills to develop a recruitment client dashboard. The positive feedback from the CEO not only validated my value to the team but also led to the realisation of my broader impact. Subsequently, I shared my knowledge by training others, fostering a culture of collaborative skill development within the team.
