I developed strategic recruitment capabilities and a robust professional network through mentorship from experts and connections with fellow interns. This well-rounded experience catalysed my passion for talent acquisition.

The AI Recruitment Academy and ReadyFly teams provided exceptional tools and meticulously designed playbooks that accelerated my learning. Leveraging talent-sourcing tools enabled me to grasp concepts quickly. The playbooks outlined proven best practices that I could immediately apply during my daily tasks. The ReadyFly team further prepped me through rigorous mock interviews and provided referrals to hiring managers. This comprehensive support enabled me to successfully transition into a full-time Talent Acquisition role.
What advice would you give to future AI Recruitment Academy Caterpillar students?
